I started in this industry in 2000, and I've spent every year since in mobile beverage — building and scaling companies, serving over a thousand events a year at peak, and leading hundreds of staff.
I still operate. I'm in the field, not just talking about it, and that's the whole point. What I teach isn't theory I read somewhere — it's what's working right now, this season, because I'm still out there doing it.
